Alexander Myles Salon & Spa will glady accept returns of any product or service within one week of purchase.

In order to service every client in a timely manner, please arrive to your appointment at the scheduled time.

If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointed time to fill out our client profile.

Any appointments that have surpassed the 15 minute grace period may be asked to reschedule.

If you must cancel an appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance.

In order to provide a serene, relaxing environment we ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment
unless they are receiving a service.

Alexander Myles Salon & Spa gladly accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and debit cards.  Any checks presented must have proper ID and are converted to electronic checks and processed immediately.
  
      Eating is not permitted in the salon.
Smoking is not permitted in front of the Salon.
