Toni Garcia-Jackson, owner of Alexander Myles Salon & Spa has been donning hair for 20 years. Toni specializes in innovative color placement as well as precision cutting. Toni has also been a Senior Educator with Mizani, LLC. a Division of L’Oreal Professional for the last 18 years. She travels across the country and abroad, educating and training some of the country’s top stylist. She has trained extensively at The Vidal Sasoon Academy in advanced coloring and cutting. Toni is a CLIC certified colorist. Toni has been a featured stylist in Upscale Magazine and in Sophisticate's Hair Care and Style Guide. Toni regularly styles hair for photo shoots. She has managed the tresses of Def Jam Recording Artist and Grammy-nominated R&B singer Chrisette Michelle during her latest tour. Toni was also the hair designer for the critically acclaimed Off Broadway musical Winter Wonderettes.
She was given the name Celeste which means heavenly. Surely the giver must have known that March 3rd was a sacred and beautiful day and that this divine spirit was deserving of such a name. Celeste's career in the beauty industry spans over 20 years, starting as a nail technician. Shortly thereafter, she attended Mas Aivlis Hair Academy. As a hairstylist, Celeste has had the pleasure and opportunity of working with some of the premiere stylist in Delaware, crediting these artist and talents with planting seeds of inspiration. She went on to establish one of Delaware's first all natural hair salons, establishing herself in the industry as a "Master Locktician Stylist." After a brief hiatus to embrace motherhood, Celeste is back with renewed ambition as a Massage Therapist. She completed her education and training at the National Massage Therapy Institute. Celeste's unique technique, which she refers to as the "Art of Touch" or one could call it "Artful Touch," combines the balance of professional etiquette, creative aesthetics and a discerning desire to soothe nurture and rejuvenate clients. While Celeste has perfected many modalities, here areas of strength and special interest are neck, shoulder and back comfort.
Lori Adkins has over 16 years of experience in the hair care industry. Lori, a native Delawarean, moved to Raliegh, NC to pursue her career in the up and coming city. Her time spent in North Carolina allowed her to take on roles such as salon manger which eventually led her to becoming the proprietor. Lori was the lead stylist to some local celebs as well as popular radio personalities. Lori's certifications include that of advanced hair cutting and hair coloring. She has adopted the skill of speed, time, and accuracy when performing services on clients. Her vast knowledge and experience in thermal styling and roller placement has made her an expert on creating and maintaining healthy hair. "Lori has hands that grow long hair, " are words that are often said by clients. In 2010, Lori has returned to her roots in Wilmington Delaware. Whether Lori is styling short ,sassy, spiky hair or creating a beautiful bob or layering long tresses she believes that a womens beauty should be enhanced and not altered.
